The article titled Digging Deep, describes my experiences working as an artist over the past two years, intermittently, on the Kerry Lodge convict archaeology dig site. Called the Kerry Lodge Art Project, the resulting works from a total of nine artists, were exhibited in two galleries and as part of the Ten Days on the Island Arts Festival 2017.

My work was called Surge of the Furzes, and was a metaphorical comment on the colonial occupation of the island, as Gorse is a common invader that was brought to Tasmania
